Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointments up to 72 hours before the scheduled date. If you cancel or reschedule within this time frame, you will receive a full refund or be able to select a new date. However, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
